PLP is always interested in discussing possible employment opportunities with intelligent, motivated, and responsible lateral attorneys who desire to develop their intellectual property practice, especially patent attorneys who are qualified to prepare and prosecute patent applications before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).

Our ideal patent attorney candidate has at least 2-3 years experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications and at least a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or physics. A graduate degree in one of these disciplines, or prior work experience in the high-technology industry, is a plus.
